He was Editor of The Desktop, a newsletter about electronic publishing, co-author of The Plain English Guide to Desktop Publishing, and wrote two syndicated columns, one written to tone down Y2K hysteria, and one entitled "DotCom 101." He is responsible for e-learning at K. A Parker & Associates.
