This is an overall product, mainly for small to medium sized businesses. The objective of this product is to create a business plan and coach entrepreneurial individuals.

Enterprise Business Process Model is a comprehensive discussion with affected individuals to determine and engineer or reengineer “problem” processes, “opportunity” processes or the entire enterprise. This is usually done on a recurring cycle at the customer’s discretion. This product has a process modeling training capability option, if needed, which enables the customer to be self-sufficient.

Identifying a core competency skill set reduces unnecessary training.

Develop or Review Employee Position Descriptions

Match position descriptions to competency outcomes per existing documentation. The capability to develop employee position descriptions is optional. Both products include consistency audits to insure a match with organizational objectives or goals.

Create or review a core competency program that aligns with position description and business objectives.

Create Training Gap Analysis>
Administer a customized development survey to determine individual training needs. Survey results are matched with the core competencies from the position descriptions to determine development needs.

Benefits -- Identifying training gaps reduces unnecessary attendees.

Create an Individual Development Plan
As an outgrowth of the gap analysis, individualized training plans can then be determined. An added benefit of these plans is use as a motivational tool through individual career development path.

Develop a Targeted Training Plan
With the gap analysis and the individual development plans, a summarized, comprehensive plan for training can be determined. This plan would include:

  • New courses to fit core competencies not covered by traditional training companies.
  • Courses that fit the core competencies with modifications to remove subjects or items not necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Merged courses to maximize the training time and investment.

This also serves as a document for manager/employee discussion.

Benefits -- By creating a cohesive training plan, it allows dollars and time to be allocated or budgeted over a two or more year time frame. It also allows for better allocation of dollars by contracting for on-site training or getting group discounts.

Create Targeted Training Material
Based on targeted training plan, create material or work with traditional training companies to generate material that meets the organizational objectives.
