Mr.
Parker has thirty plus years of business, teaching and project management
experience in the computer, networking and electronics field. He prefers
consulting, teaching and process analysis jobs because they take advantage
of his people and technical skills. He has consulted and sold clients
and senior management on software and hardware products and product development.
He has expert presentation, facilitation, project management and troubleshooting
skills. His areas of technical expertise include networking, hardware
(both analog and digital) and software development.
Mr.
Parker has been president and chairman of K.A Parker & Associates, Inc.
for the last two and one-half years. Previously, he was president and
chairman of Business Process International, Inc. from 1994. In these capacities
he has successfully managed the corporate financial and legal affairs,
trained over 10,000 clients of every major corporation, every military
and government branch of service in fundamental computer networking principals.
He has also developed course and test materials for these and other related
computer networking and programming courses.
He
is a published author of several articles on technical subjects including
Microsoft® Access, Excel and Data Analysis. He has developed and taught
courses on Process Modeling, Project Management and Personal Computer
basics.
As
a middle manager and senior project manager for two large international
telecommunications firms he successfully managed the consolidation of
two major manufacturing facilities, an international data repository over
the Internet, several local area network implementations, financial, manufacturing
and world-wide ordering software. He also developed corporate networking
and personal computer standards. In line with his capabilities, he recommended
and tested telecommunications products.
Previous
to this he owned and successfully operated three corporations at once.
They were dedicated to financial services using the computer. He developed
and used accounting, inventory and payroll software in these businesses.
In this capacity he had the opportunity to consult with many small businesses
and to gain fundamental and practical business experience. He also taught
advanced computer software programming at a local community college during
this time.
After
receiving his Bachelor of Engineering degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering
and Math from Youngstown State University in 1971, he went on to work
in Nuclear Power in contract engineering, writing specifications and managing
analog, digital and control panels until 1978. Always the entrepreneur,
he funded his college education by starting an electronic repair business.
His
professional associations have included IEEE, DAMA and ad-hoc programming
groups for Visual Basic and Access. He has spoken at DPMA, ASM, AIIM and
DAMA associations.
As
an active hobby, and now a business, Mr. Parker has successfully designed,
built and marketed a line of analog and digital circuits for model railroading.
The circuitry includes power supplies, current and light detection, timing
and logic.
Mr.
Parker has a long history of computer related skills in almost every hardware
environment and programming capacity.

Mr.
Fuller has had over 29 years of Human Resource and Operational Development
experience. He has a proven track record with strategic staff in creating
and implementing team empowerment. Implementations of interventions and
inspirational contributions by Bob have evoked creative and innovative
programs. These programs have changed the cultural dynamics to affect
the bottom line through measurable results in large and medium sized businesses.
As
a Manager of Development and Training in a large medical equipment manufacturer,
he significantly contributed to billion dollar sales and 6-week reductions
in receivables collections. He created selling programs that contributed
to a 30% increase in commission sales. His certification programs, based
on job competencies along with process improvements, have made a significant
difference in this business. He developed and launched Internet training
technologies that also cut training costs. His training programs and innovative
approaches to training also contributed to measurable significant gains.
Certified
in a number of leading methodologies from Covey, Lominger and Blanchard,
he is a leader in his own right as a human resource development expert.
He
has consulted with, and has been a director of, a number of Fortune 500
companies. He has a track record of excellence in service to the business
community in the training, education and counseling assessment fields.
After
receiving his B.S. in Law/Economics at Oregon State University, he went
on to receive his M.A. in Business from Rider University and his M.Div.
in Counseling from Princeton.
When
relaxing, Mr. Fuller enjoys many physical challenges, such as crossing
the U.S. by bicycle, blue water sailing, piloting and historic home
restoration.

Jeff Fine, CSW, LCSW, MS, is a competent, empathic and responsive clinician who believes in the healing powers of laughter and humor. He brings more than a decade of extensive professional training, education and experience to his work.
He has successfully helped corporate clients through customized Corporate Wellness Workshops and stress-management seminars.
In addition, Mr. Fine has successfully helped hundreds of individuals, families and couples who suffer from a broad array of mind-body conditions, such as, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and stress.
Mr. Fine received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University, as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from New York University. He successfully completed an intensive training program in hypnosis at the New York Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis (NYSEPH). He has studied at the Center for the Advancement of Group Studies and the Metropolitan Institute for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
Mr. Fine is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the American Dietetic Association, and he is a member of the Board of Directors of NYSEPH.
Prior to starting Integrated Lifestyle Management (sm), Mr. Fine was in private practice and served as a senior consultant to the New York City Department of Mental Health.

Jim
Hyde's Web and intranet work has won over 25 major awards and commendations.
He has designed, developed and/or produced over forty sites since he began
developing high-traffic sites in 1994. The first site he designed, supermodel.com,
reached the top 100 most visited sites in 1996. Since then, he has designed
sites for a wide range of disciplines, including interactive training.
In
addition, Mr. Hyde has developed interactive multimedia training systems
and presentations for such clients as Apple Computer, Bankers Trust, Glaxo
Welcome, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and WestPoint Stevens, among others.
Mr.
Hyde was on the teams responsible for training such companies as Consumer
Reports, Reader's Digest and American Express how to produce their various
publications using electronic publishing systems. He is a member of the
Apple Computer Developer's Association, the Interactive Multimedia Association
and was an Apple Computer consultant.
In
addition to his Web and interactive work, Mr. Hyde has considerable
writing and editing experience. He served as managing editor of United
States Banker, and in 1986 was one of five editors for that publication
to win the Jesse H. Neal Award for Editorial Excellence. He was also
managing editor of Financial Computing and Analytical Instruments
and Computers magazines. He was editor of The Desktop newsletter and co-author of The
Plain English Guide to Desktop Publishing.
Jim has written two syndicated columns and his writing has appeared in TIME, The New York Times and newspapers throughout the country. In addition, he has done research for such notable authors as Dominick Dunne, for whom he did background research when Mr. Dunne was writing A Season in Purgatory.
Mr.
Hyde studied political science at the University of Connecticut and legal
studies at Mercy College, from which he graduated first in his class.
He has successfully completed Macromedia Corporation's sanctioned courses
for interactive multimedia for both Macromedia Director and Authorware.
Living
in Vermont, Mr. Hyde and his wife Terry find the mountains, landscapes,
rivers and small towns ideal subjects for their digital and conventional
cameras. Having penned articles for newspapers and magazines
for years, Mr. Hyde is taking a break from writing about computers and
politics and is working on his first novel.

Dr. Powell has thirty-eight years experience in corporate management, training, health care, and psychology. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of a highly successful health care company for twenty-five years, which, for twenty-three of those years, showed a net profit and had a 15% annual growth rate. This achievement earned him the nomination by Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year in 1991, as well as a scholarship in his name for aspiring new leaders at the University of Connecticut Graduate School.
As CEO, Dr. Powell designed and managed training and consultation services for the US Navy and Marine Corps at over 100 military bases worldwide. He also designed and implemented employee assistance and human resources programs for companies such as IBM, Pitney Bowes, Aetna Insurance Companies, Hercules Tire, Trump, Rolls Royce, Travelers Insurance Company, UST, Northeast Utilities, Berlin Steel, James River, CIGNA, among many others.
Dr. Powell is a highly successful trainer and presenter at business and professional meetings. Making over 50 presentations a year, Dr. Powell has a track record of excellence in service to the business community in the areas of human resources management, counseling and psychology, training, and leadership. Dr. Powell has traveled to and provided technical assistance and consultation services in over seventy countries. He has led human resource management and employee assistance program institutes in the former Soviet Union and is currently involved extensively in establishing services in Singapore and the People's Republic of China.
Author of seven books and over 50 articles in business and professional journals, Dr. Powell is widely read by many individuals. His latest book, Playing Life's Second Half: A Man's Guide to Turning Success into Significance, provides a roadmap for men and women in life's second half on finding meaning and purpose in life.
Dr. Powell has served as a mentor, spiritual director and executive coach to many Fortune 500 and other business leaders. He is a mentor in the Soul of the Executive Program of the Shalem Institute and an elder in the Men as Leaders and Elders (MALEs) program. He is the head of the Men's Leadership Program at Hartford Seminary, providing services to the business community in central Connecticut. He is often called upon by executives to assist with personal and organizational issues.
After graduating with a BA in philosophy from Nyack College, he went on to receive four masters degrees in counseling, psychology, medical ethics and most recently Islamic studies. He has attended Harvard, Yale, Princeton and the New School for Social Research. He holds specialty licenses in a number of behavioral health fields.
In his leisure, Dr. Powell is a musician and plays trumpet in a brass ensemble, and is Director of Programs at the Aravaipa Canyon Spiritual Retreat Center in the canyons of Arizona. He is an avid model railroader and a father of two grown daughters. He lives with his wife Barbara in central Connecticut.
