The Parker Process Model, developed by team leader, Kim Parker, President & Chairman, K. A Parker & Associates, Inc., is the result of the his first-hand experience in a number of IT positions. As a project, program and business analyst and manager, he developed the highly adaptable process to make what he did easier. As a middle manager and senior project manager for two large international telecommunications firms Mr. Parker successfully managed the consolidation of two major manufacturing facilities, an international data repository over the Internet, several local area network implementations, financial, manufacturing and world-wide ordering software. He also developed corporate networking and personal computer standards. In line with his capabilities, he recommended and tested telecommunications products.
